You should know that our website provider uses a "Compression Algorithm" software for viewing the images you see on your screen in our galleries. They do this to help increase upload speeds, reduce lag time, improve compatibility across desktop or cell phone viewing, and it also is used to help prevent someone from copyright infringement without purchasing the artwork. These are all good things, but there is ONE NEGATIVE outcome with this compression algorithm (which drives artists crazy). The images you see on your screen are not "Tack Sharp", they sometimes can appear a little fuzzy, especially if you zoom in to see detail. That is NOT how your final artwork will look, we promise! You might not even notice unless you see the original artwork side by side to the screen image you are looking at. FEAR NOT.... ALL OF OUR PHOTOGRAPHY & FINE ART IS TACK SHARP (unless it is supposed to be blurry, but then it will be obvious that is the intent). ALL OF OUR ART IS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY. You have our word on that! If this is a concern of yours and you would like proof that the image you want to purchase is "Tack Sharp", let us know and we can send a "small detail section of the artwork"... a High Resolution JPEG proof. We aren't sending you the entire image, since we retain all copyrights of our artwork. Again, you might not have even noticed, but we did... and wanted to explain how our site works. Thanks.
In general, under normal circumstances, most print and frame orders are processed, produced and shipped within 5 business days - and typically arrive in 7-10 business days. Next day and 2-day express shipping are available, however these options will not affect processing time. **Please note: Due to the fluid situation with COVID, printing and production time are running longer than normal, so the above listed times are estimates. Our print vendors are doing their very best to get you your artwork as soon as possible.
HOW DO I DECIDE WHAT SIZE PRINT I NEED?
While the various sizes can seem overwhelming, a little simple math will help. First, measure the blank area of the wall, uncovered by furniture or molding. Generally, the finished size of the piece, including mat and frame, should cover between 2/3 and 3/4 of the area. So a wall with a blank area of 60"W x 48"H would look great with a print no larger than 45"W x 36"H, and no smaller than 40"W x 32"H, both including any matting and framing. If you are hanging above a piece of furniture such as a sofa or headboard, the bottom should be 6" to 12" above the top of the furniture, and the width of the print should be 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of the the furniture. When choosing art to hang above the fireplace, leave a space of 3 to 6 inches above the mantle. The width of the art should be wider than the firebox, but smaller than the width of the mantle. Don't be afraid to go big! If you have a large open wall space, a large print filling the space makes a bigger visual impact. This website has Augmented Reality tools with LIVE ART PREVIEW that allow you to send the artwork to your phone (must enable camera), stand exactly 10 FT from the wall where you will hang art (now point camera at wall), then select your size(s) and the artwork will appear to be hovering wherever you point the camera. This allows you to see the artwork in your home or office before purchasing. Try it out!
WHAT MEDIA AND STYLE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
We have selected each of the printing media options specifically because of the way they display our images. Each option maintains the color fidelity and detail of the images and will look great in any space. The various styles are intended to offer options for different types of décor. A matted and framed print offers a more traditional look, while an acrylic print or metal print has a sleek, modern look. Canvas offers a classic look resembling a painting. Photo papers offer a nice finish at a lower cost point, displaying good color and detail, and look great framed (or just buy the print). We generally do not offer our images with a glossy finish (other than metal) because glossy does not frame well. We also do not like matte finish papers because they tend to lose detail in the shadow areas. Still not sure which medium to choose? ARE THE COLORS ON MY SCREEN EXACTLY WHAT THE FINAL ART WILL LOOK LIKE?
Likely not, unless you have a very specialized (calibrated) screen you are viewing it on! Every computer screen, tablet or smart phone screen may show the artwork a little differently, that is something we can't control. The only way to guarantee "What you see is what you get" is for you to have a calibrated computer screen (sRGB 99.9% accurate ProART calibrated). We have two of these monitors that we work on and they are very expensive... but they guarantee that what we see is what it will look like when it is printed, which is priceless in our line of work. Your screen may be too bright, too dark, too saturated, you might have enabled blue light reduction, etc. That is why we can't guarantee what you see is what you get. However, it will be of the finest quality and exactly how the artist intended it.
I'D LIKE TO ORDER A POLYPTYCH (multi-panel) OF YOUR IMAGES, BUT DON'T SEE ONE OF THE IMAGES I'D LIKE. CAN YOU CREATE ONE?
Absolutely! If you'd like to order any wall art of two or more prints of one image or several related images that you don't see in our online store, contact us and we'll be happy to create it for you and add it to our store! Just let us know which image or images you'd like to see, and the total area you'd like to cover.

We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days from when fulfillment is complete. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?
o We do NOT accept returns or exchanges; all sales are FINAL. (this is because you are ordering custom art, not something off the shelf)
o We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. Any damage due to shipping or manufacturing
defects will be fixed without cost to you, but you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery - no exceptions.
o When your prints arrive, we know you are excited to open them up! Use care when opening the packages. Never use a straight edge knife to cut through the cardboard as you will likely cut the artwork that lies beneath (that is on you, so be careful).
o If your artwork arrives damaged, please keep all packaging (we need ALL of it for the claim) and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number for further instructions. We want to make it right, but have a deadline with the shipping carriers if there is a problem. If that time has come and gone, there is nothing we can do.
