1) Next, determine if you are wanting to order an Limited Edition / Artists Proof / or Open Edition print. Click on the drop down menu to select.

2) Now you will pick the type of art you want, you will see a drop down list of material options (ie: Acrylic, Canvas, etc.). Make your selection.

3) Then just choose your size. We offer a variety of sizes to choose from. Make sure you measure your wall space before doing this step.

Then click Add to cart... and finish the secure checkout process.

Every time you adjust a selection in the drop down menus, the price above will change accordingly.

DO YOU OFFER MATTING AND FRAMING? CAN ACRYLIC AND METAL PRINTS BE FRAMED?

For our Limited Editions & Artist Proofs: You can order the print with (for an added cost) or without a frame/matting option (print only).

Open Editions do not have the option to add framing when you order. That doesn't mean you can't take the artwork to a local professional framer after purchase.

Framing is very expensive, sometimes it can be as costly as the art piece. We try and do our framing near costs unlike other artists who drastically mark up framing as an add-on. You don't have to order the frame through us, but it could be more expensive doing it piecemeal, although you will definitely have more variety in framing options. The choice is yours!

Our Museum Quality Canvas, Signature HD Acrylic, and ALL Open Edition options are ready to hang as is. They don't require framing, but for aesthetics... you may choose to do so.

CAN YOU CROP AN IMAGE?

We don’t crop or otherwise alter images to maintain the consistency and integrity of the edition.

HOW DO I DETERMINE WHAT SIZE PRINT I SHOULD PURCHASE?

While the various sizes can seem overwhelming, a little simple math will help. First, measure the blank area of the wall, uncovered by furniture or molding. Generally, the finished size of the piece, including mat and frame, should cover between 2/3 and 3/4 of the area. So a wall with a blank area of 60"W x 48"H would look great with a print no larger than 45"W x 36"H, and no smaller than 40"W x 32"H, both including any matting and framing.

If you are hanging above a piece of furniture such as a sofa or headboard, the bottom should be 6" to 12" above the top of the furniture, and the width of the print should be 2/3 to 3/4 of the width of the the furniture.

When choosing art to hang above the fireplace, leave a space of 3 to 6 inches above the mantle. The width of the art should be wider than the firebox, but smaller than the width of the mantle.

Don't be afraid to go big! If you have a large open wall space, a large print filling the space makes a bigger visual impact.

HOW LARGE CAN CAN YOUR WORK BE PRODUCED?

Ultimately, the final size available is dictated by the resolution of the photograph, but most photographs available for direct purchase can be printed up to 90 inches wide. If you are looking for a larger sized print than what we offer on the site, contact us for a custom solution.

WHAT IF THERE IS A QUALITY ISSUE WITH MY PRINT? 100% QUALITY SATISFACTION 30 DAY GUARANTEE*

  • 100% quality satisfaction 30 day guarantee*. We want to give you confidence when ordering from us, by offering you a 30 day quality satisfaction guarantee! If you are not happy with the quality of the product you purchased, and this is due to factors under our control, we will replace your artwork guaranteed.

In all my years of selling my art online, I have found quality issues from high quality printers to be exceedingly rare. I use only master printers to provide the highest quality, museum grade prints to my clients. All of my prints are inspected by professionals at my master printer's lab prior to shipping.

That said, people are human and mistakes, though rare, can happen. If there is a minor imperfection or flaw NOT caused by handling during shipping, please notify me immediately. Follow the guidelines below for speedy resolution.

If there is an issue with the quality, contact us (support@KyleWhaleyPhotoArt.com) within 30 days of receiving your order. Inspect the artwork in bright lighting when it arrives. Please provide clear, sharp photos, as well as an explanation of the defects to approve a claim with my print lab partner. If approved by the lab as a legitimate defect in workmanship, a replacement with the same specifications as the original order will be put into production and shipped out to you at no cost. We will also need proof that any Limited Editions are destroyed (do not do this until after we have confirmed in writing that a replacement is being sent). We are not monetarily responsible if you do not follow these simple instructions, it is an insurance claim and must be followed exactly.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

  • Photo prints are not returnable once they have been mounted, matted, framed, cropped, or trimmed. Please inspect your print prior to having it framed or mounted by another company.
  • Alterations made to any hanging hardware such as float mounts, or alterations made to the print media are not covered. Any physical alteration voids any quality guarantee.
  • Deciding you just want a different image because it doesn't match your couch is not covered, or any other reason. Prior to purchase, you have the ability to send us a photo of the area you intend to hang the art work and we can mock-up how the art will look in your space. So order accordingly please.

WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Our pledge to you is to handle any shipping damage claim as smoothly as possible. Any artwork that is damaged in shipping will be replaced at no cost to you. Please note that all freight carriers have strict protocols that must be followed when making a claim. As long as these steps are followed, your shipment is covered for any damage incurred.

Please carefully inspect all packaging for any visible signs of wear or damage prior to accepting delivery. If the carrier is present, make a note with them so it can be documented. If a signature is not required and the carrier is not present, please photograph the packaging, clearly showing the damage, prior to opening.

Time Sensitive Carrier Requirements: It is IMPERATIVE that all claims of damage be reported within 24 hours of delivery. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Proof of Damage: Once we are notified by email and provided with clear, sharp photos showing the damage to the packaging and the artwork, we will begin the process of working with our lab to have a replacement approved. Once approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped to you. Our lab will handle the damage claim with the carrier. Depending on the print format, you may be required to repack the damaged artwork in the exact same manner for returns. In such a case, a shipping address will be provided to you.

Artwork damaged in shipping, or delayed in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances, are not eligible for return or order cancellation. All approved damage claims will be replaced by our print lab.

Disclaimer regarding Fine Art Prints: Please use care when removing prints from their packaging upon receipt. Creases and dents may result from incorrect handling and unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund a print that has been mishandled in unpacking. If you're having the print framed after purchase, it is recommended to take the print directly to your framer.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?

We do NOT accept returns or exchanges; all sales are FINAL - no refunds. This is because you are ordering custom art, not something off the shelf (we don't carry inventory). Be sure to measure your space prior to ordering the artwork, be precise. What you order is what you will get.

We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. Any damage due to shipping or manufacturing defects will be fixed without cost to you, but you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery - no exceptions.

When your prints arrive, we know you are excited to open them up!  Use care when opening the packages.  Never use a straight edge knife to cut through the cardboard as you will likely cut the artwork that lies beneath (that is on you, so be careful).

If your artwork arrives damaged, please keep all packaging (we need ALL of it for the claim) and contact us within 24 hours of receipt with your order number for further instructions.  We want to make it right, but have a deadline with the shipping carriers if there is a problem. If that time has come and gone, there is nothing we can do.

ARE THE COLORS ON MY SCREEN EXACTLY WHAT THE FINAL ART WILL LOOK LIKE?

Likely not, unless you have a very specialized (calibrated) screen you are viewing it on!  Every computer screen, tablet or smart phone screen may show the artwork a little differently, that is something we can't control.  The only way to guarantee "What you see is what you get" is for you to have a calibrated computer screen (sRGB 99.9% accurate ProART calibrated). We have two of these monitors that we work on and they are very expensive... but they guarantee that what we see is what it will look like when it is printed, which is priceless in our line of work.  Your screen may be too bright, too dark, too saturated, you might have enabled blue light reduction (to reduce eye fatigue), etc.  Any of these may alter the way the image is supposed to look. That is why we can't guarantee what you see is what you get.  However, it will be of the finest quality and exactly how the artist intended it.
